Suburbs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong>: $120.00 \/day<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>*Provide personal care<\/p>\n<p>*Bathing<\/p>\n<p>*Grooming, including oral care<\/p>\n<p>*Assist the client with dressing and undressing<\/p>\n<p>*Assist the client with toileting activities<\/p>\n<p>*Assist in feeding the client, if necessary<\/p>\n<p>*Support good skin care to prevent skin breakdown (i.e. turn and re-position client, actively encourage movement)<\/p>\n<p>*Provide client with help walking and transferring<\/p>\n<p>*Observe client&#8217;s physical, mental and emotional conditions<\/p>\n<p>*Assist client in the self-administration of medication (medication reminder)<\/p>\n<p>*Perform light housekeeping<\/p>\n<p>*Perform meal preparation and clean up<\/p>\n<p>*Change bed linens and make up the client&#8217;s bed<\/p>\n<p>*Maintain an orderly client environment<\/p>\n<p>*Follow principles of infection control and Universal Precautions<\/p>\n<p>*Provide transport to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping.<\/p>\n<p>*Adhere to established policies, procedures and standards.<\/p>\n<p>*Ensure the right to privacy and dignity while care is being provided<\/p>\n<p>*Ensure the right to confidentiality of their information<\/p>\n<p>*Respond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>*Various choices of location and shifts for you to select from<\/p>\n<p>*Must have reliable source of transportation<\/p>\n<p>*Must be able to legally work and undergo license and criminal background check<\/p>\n<p>*Must be prepared to be tested for drugs and fingerprinted<\/p>\n<p>*Must be in the IDPH system<\/p>\n<p>*Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray<\/p>\n<p>*Empathy for the needs of the client<\/p>\n<p>*Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills<\/p>\n<p>*Ensures confidentiality and security of the client&#8217;s medical information<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Caregiver: 1 year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Languages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tagalog<\/li>\n<li>Spanish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required licenses or certifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drivers License<\/li>\n<li>CNA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Type: Full-time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required languages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tagalog<\/li>\n<li>Spanish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #0077c8;\"><strong>Back to Job Openings<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=&#8221;Back to Careers&#8221;
