Ian & Amy Abejo
(Chairman & President)

Our mission is to live life to the fullest with no regrets! We will maximize our earthbound resources and unique God-given talents for the benefit of our family, our friends, our community, and most importantly our clients.​

Glenn Corpin (Director of Operations - Homecare)

Glenn has taken an unconventional career path. He worked in the financial industry for 20 years, in charge of private accounts and client relations at the Chicago Board of Trade. Although successful, there was something missing. He felt the need to be in touch with people on a personal level. He became an ombudsman to an adult with Asperger’s Syndrome, then later, to an elderly with cancer. With renewed passion for life, he had found his calling in caring for people.

He is only one person, though. When the opportunity to come on board with Innovative Homecare Solutions presented itself, he did not hesitate. With the ability to reach out to a wider population, Innovative is bigger than one’s self and can touch the lives of more people. With the goal to serve the elderly and the ailing with empathy and respect, he feels right at home.

Glenn is certified with the IDPH and is recognized by the State of Illinois. He is married and is the proud father of Sam and Erin. During his downtime, you can find Glenn either hacking away on the golf course or zipping through the back roads on his road bike. Glenn, along with Innovative Homecare Solutions, is here ready to serve you.

Ian Abejo (Visionary)

Ian Dwight Abejo is the founder of Innovative Homecare Solutions, a trusted non-medical senior care company, and The BOSS System, a business solutions agency that blends virtual professionals with AI-powered services. With a passion for innovation and efficiency, Ian helps families receive compassionate care while empowering business owners to streamline operations, reduce costs, and reclaim their time. His mission is simple: to improve lives—whether at home or at work—through smarter systems, dedicated support, and a commitment to freedom and growth.

Amy Abejo (Integrator/CFO)

Amy Abejo is a devoted mother of three—including one child with autism and a set of twins—who beautifully balances her roles as a full-time mom, wife, and entrepreneur. An entrepreneur at heart, Amy brings passion and purpose to everything she does, from running businesses to building meaningful connections. She is driven by a love for helping people and making a positive impact, both in her family and in the communities she serves.

Harold Naval (Director of Training & Development)

Harold is a mentor by heart. He uses his diverse experience as a disk jockey, entrepreneur, and dialysis nurse to train and motivate the caregivers of Innovative Homecare Solutions. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, but aside from public health, he is interested in music and visual arts. In work, Harold is known for his energy and enthusiasm. Outside of work, he is a free-spirited wanderlust who loves rugged adventure. He is always positive and tries to “Live for others, so that others may live!”

Gleen Llaban (Director of First Impression)

Gleen Llaban serves as the Director of First Impressions at Innovative Homecare Solutions, where she plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, caregivers, and partners alike. With her warm personality, excellent communication skills, and genuine passion for service, Gleen ensures that every interaction reflects the care and compassion that define our organization.
In her role, Gleen is often the first point of contact for families seeking trusted homecare support. Her ability to combine empathy with efficiency helps set the tone for a positive experience from the very beginning. Through her dedication and attention to detail, she upholds Innovative Homecare Solutions’ commitment to providing exceptional service and meaningful connections within the community.

Matthew DeCola (Client Services Director)

Matt brings years of leadership and people-focuesed experience to his role as Client Services Director. He is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring they receive compassionate care and exceptional service. With a proven track record of guiding teams and driving growth, Matt is passionate about creating an environment where clients, partners, and co-workers feel supported and cared for every step of the way.

Sonia David (Intake Coordinator)

With over 15 years of experience in sales, Sonia skillfully balances her professional career and family life. Known for her warmth and sincerity, she brings a caring approach to everything she does, making every colleague and client feel valued and comfortable.
As an Intake Coordinator, Sonia applies her strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both clients and the team. Her attentive nature and ability to build trust help her understand client needs, provide the right support, and create a welcoming experience from the very first interaction. Her professionalism and empathy make her an essential bridge between clients and the company.


She is a loving mother of four and loves to hang out with her kids. Outside of work, she loves cooking and watching Netflix series—especially K-dramas.

Abigail Sibug (Medical Records Specialist)

With a strong background in both patient care and education, Abigail brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and organizational skill to her role as Medical Records Specialist. A registered nurse in both the Philippines and the United States, her career journey has taken her through medical work, being an educator in a private school, and fulfilling hospital duties—all of which honed her ability to balance precision with compassion.

In her current role, she ensures the integrity of patient information within the WellSky EMR system, where she meticulously maintains and updates records, organizes documents, generates reports, and safeguards compliance with HIPAA and healthcare standards. She also creates care plans and monitors supervisory visits, providing a vital link between quality documentation and quality care.

Beyond her professional commitments, Abigail devotes her time to faith and service as an active member of Couples for Christ, where she pursues Godly works that bring meaning and fulfillment to her life. Known for her diligence and dependability, she is not only a steward of accurate records but also an advocate for patient-centered care—grounded in her values of compassion, integrity, and faith.

Paul Angelo Rodriguez (Team Leader of Operations)

Paul brings a strong background in Business Management and years of hands-on experience in customer service and client relations. He has built a reputation for being dependable, approachable, and solution-focused. Known for his ability to connect with people, Paul excels at building trust, addressing concerns with care, and ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way. His professionalism and adaptability allow him to navigate a wide range of client needs, while his clear and thoughtful communication makes working with him seamless. Clients appreciate not only his reliability but also his commitment to delivering a consistently high standard of service.

 

Outside of work, Paul loves listening to music, traveling, and attending life coaching events that keep him motivated and grounded. He also enjoys watching different series and spending time caring for his cat.

Stephanie Velasquez ( HR Assistant)

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, has completed professional teaching courses, and is a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA). This combination equips her with a strong understanding of human behavior and how it aligns with organizational goals. She is passionate about fostering supportive and engaging workplaces where employees can thrive, aiming to balance company objectives with employee well-being.

Her professional journey began with a valuable internship in the Human Resources Department at one of the top hospitals in the Philippines, where she gained hands-on HR experience. After completing her studies and obtaining her CHRA certification, she went on to work as a Language Assessor and an ESL teacher. This diverse experience, combined with her academic background, provides a strong foundation as she continues to grow her career.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Stephanie enjoys traveling, discovering new cuisines, and exploring her creativity through painting. She shares her life with her long-term boyfriend and their six beloved dogs, proving her knack for nurturing a family both at home and in the workplace.

Harmony Velasquez (HR Assistant)​

With a foundation in logic and a heart for people, Harmony navigates her professional and personal life with a unique blend of analytical skill and warmth. She distinguished herself academically by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, graduating Summa Cum Laude and at the top of her class.

Today, she applies that same dedication and meticulousness to her role in Human Resources, where she oversees Compliance and Credentials for caregivers. Colleagues and friends know her as a kind soul who genuinely cares for others.

When she’s off the clock, she’s all about creating memories, whether it’s exploring a new cafe with friends, traveling with family, or enjoying the simple pleasure of a perfectly polished manicure.

​Michelle Yongot (HR Assistant)

Michelle is a licensed Psychometrician and holds a degree in Psychology with professional teaching courses and graduated as Cum Laude. She combines her deep empathy with keen insight into human behavior to connect the right people with the right opportunities. Her ability to genuinely listen and understand others allows her to make values-driven hiring decisions.

Outside of her career, Michelle is an avid K-pop fan, which is where she expresses her creativity and passion. She enjoys learning choreography and attending concerts where she feels most alive and inspired. She’s also an animal lover with a soft spot for furry companions, always finding joy in their presence. Believing that animals, like people, thrive in environments filled with compassion.

Lean Fajardo (Billing & AR Specialist)​

Lean is a dedicated Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist at Innovative, where she combines precision and client-focused service to ensure smooth financial operations. She holds a degree in Accountancy and finds great fulfillment in her role—particularly in managing billing processes and engaging with clients to resolve inquiries and strengthen relationships.

Outside of work, Lean is an avid traveler who loves discovering new places and experiences. She’s always up for trying something different and finds comfort in watching movies during her downtime.

Rochelle Solano (Payroll & AP Specialist)

Rochelle Solano is a dedicated accountant with a double degree in BS Accounting Technology and BS Accountancy. With nearly three years of experience as a full-time accountant before joining Innovative, she has developed a strong foundation in financial management. She particularly enjoys the challenges of payroll processing and finds fulfillment in her role in accounts payable.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys watching K-dramas or playing mobile games. A proud pet lover, she shares her home with both cats and dogs. Her passion for animals extends beyond companionship—she hopes to inspire others to recognize that animals have feelings too and deserve to be treated with kindness and compassion.

Shayne Sunglao (Senior Case Manager)​

Shayne spent five years working in a hospital before taking on her current role as a case manager at Innovative. Throughout her career, she has always enjoyed engaging with nurses, caregivers and clients—a passion that remains a key part of her work today. Her dedication to building meaningful connections with others truly stands out.

Outside of work, Shayne is a devoted mother of three who loves cooking for her kids, especially pasta. She also enjoys exploring new places with her husband and children, cherishing every moment together, especially since her husband has spent the past 12 years working abroad.

Babylyn Nomo (Senior Care Manager)​

Babylyn serves as a dedicated Case Manager at Innovative Homecare Solutions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and has been an integral part of our team for over a year. Throughout her time with the company, she has consistently demonstrated professionalism, positivity, and a strong passion for her work.

Her compassionate and empathetic nature allows her to build meaningful connections with both clients and caregivers, ensuring that their needs are always met with genuine care. Known for her approachable and cheerful personality, Babylyn fosters a supportive and uplifting environment that brings energy and light to the entire team.

Outside of work, Babylyn is a creative content creator and TikTok enthusiast, showcasing her fun-loving and expressive side. Her devotion to her family reflects the same care, warmth, and dedication she brings to her role at Innovative Homecare Solutions.

Edrianne Santos (Senior Care Manager)​

Edrianne is a goal-driven professional with a background in the research industry in the Philippines and more than a year of experience as a Care Manager at Innovative Homecare Solutions Inc. He hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Business Management.

Passionate about creating a positive impact in people’s lives, that’s why he is motivated to contribute meaningfully to the homecare industry. Beyond his professional career, he is an active individual who enjoys exploring new experiences and expanding his knowledge. In his free time, he find inspiration in movies and music, and he also enjoy recording short music covers as a creative outlet
