Glenn Corpin
(Director of Operations - Homecare)
Glenn has taken an unconventional career path. He worked in the financial industry for 20 years, in charge of private accounts and client relations at the Chicago Board of Trade. Although successful, there was something missing. He felt the need to be in touch with people on a personal level. He became an ombudsman to an adult with Asperger's Syndrome, then later, to an elderly with cancer. With renewed passion for life, he had found his calling in caring for people.
He is only one person, though. When the opportunity to come on board with Innovative Homecare Solutions presented itself, he did not hesitate. With the ability to reach out to a wider population, Innovative is bigger than one’s self and can touch the lives of more people. With the goal to serve the elderly and the ailing with empathy and respect, he feels right at home.
Glenn is certified with the IDPH and is recognized by the State of Illinois. He is married and is the proud father of Sam and Erin. During his downtime, you can find Glenn either hacking away on the golf course or zipping through the back roads on his road bike.

Paulette Gillam
(Regional Sales Director)
Paulette joined Innovative Homecare Solutions In 2021. She has over 35 years' experience in health care and 25 years' experience in Sales and Marketing in DME, Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty Homecare. She graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree from College of DuPage in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Communication from Eastern Illinois University in 2021. When not at work, Paulette enjoys spending time with her husband and their teenage son going out for dinner, traveling or just hanging out at home playing board games.
Harold Naval
(Director of Training & Development)
Harold is a mentor by heart. He uses his diverse experience as a disk jockey, entrepreneur, and dialysis nurse to train and motivate the caregivers of Innovative Homecare Solutions. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, but aside from public health, he is interested in music and visual arts. In work, Harold is known for his energy and enthusiasm. Outside of work, he is a free-spirited wanderlust who loves rugged adventure. He is always positive and tries to “Live for others, so that others may live!”
Gleen Llaban
(Director of First Impression)
In her early 20's Gleen worked as a Sales Representative in a big company named Mepza Philippines. She has always been passionate about nursing. She graduated BS-Nursing with a "Florence Nightingale" award. With her BS Nursing degree, she plans to take the Nclex RN exams. She became a Caregiver Supervisor at Platinum Care Group and has 9 years of experience as a caregiver in many different agencies. She believes that Innovative Homecare Solutions is one of the best agencies in Illinois. She is a nature lover and she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially when it's summer time. She also enjoys partying with friends.
Davies Davad
(Operations Manager)
Davies joined Innovative Homecare on June 6, 2023, as Operations Manager. A Silliman University graduate in Accountancy, he was consistently a Dean's lister, and was recognized for excellence. He has vast experience as a Travel Consultant, Accountant, Social Media Manager, and virtual assistant. His daily focus is on overseeing Innovative's Philippine operations. Davies is known for his drive to do things right, a Can-Do attitude, and a sense of urgency. In his free time, you'll find him at the gym or exploring coffee shops for quality brews and delightful cakes.
Angelyn Navarro
(Senior Care Manager)
Angel has a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology. She previously worked in a hospital setting, performing various administrative and clinical functions. She also has an experience performing laboratory procedures. She counts communication, focus, and customer service as her major skills. During her free time, Angel loves to cook and to spend time with her family.
Erica Malit
(Case Manager)
Erica worked in sales industry (dealership) for about 3 years. She is experienced in dealing with different types of customers. She also handled a team since she was once promoted as Branch OIC/Manager. She loves dealing with different people with different personalities. Growing up she learned to try things outside of her comfort zone. Joined Innovative to try things that is completely different from her chosen profession. During her free time, she loves listening to music and watching movies.
